Benchmark Data Sets by Otto et al. (2013)

Otto et al. (2013) defined a new challenging data set for SALBP-1 based on a full-factorial design of main problem parameters. Details on the parameters and the data sets are given in the paper, result tables for SALOME-1 are contained in the ZIP file.
