The objective of the Minimum Squared Load Assignment Problem (MSLAP) is to find an assignment of a set of tasks with agent-dependent positive processing times to a set of agents that minimizes the total sum of squared workloads over all agents. Each task has to be assigned to exactly one agent and each agent has to perform at least one task.
